What You'll Do
* Greet clients warmly and professionally
* Manage phone calls, emails, and online bookings
* Schedule appointments to optimize therapist availability
* Handle check-ins, check-outs, and payment processing
* Maintain a clean, organized front desk and lobby area
* Educate guests on services, products, and spa policies
* Upsell retail products, spa packages, and gift cards
* Meet sales goals for memberships, upgrades, gift cards, and promotions
* Resolve client concerns with empathy and professionalism
* Support daily operations and team communication
What We're Looking For
* Experience in customer service or front desk roles (spa/wellness preferred)
* Strong communication and multitasking skills
* Competence in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
* Comfort with scheduling software and basic tech tools
* Calm, professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment
* Passion for wellness, beauty, and client care
* Availability for evenings and weekends

Qualifications:
* Having a high school diploma or equivalent is required
