This is a full-time position located in Boulder, CO and remote. The Social Media Producer and Editor will manage, develop, and implement engaging content strategies across multiple social media platforms. Responsibilities include creating and editing compelling content, video production, post-scheduling, social media analytics, and community engagement. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging while driving brand awareness and meaningful interactions with the audience.

• Social media management, content creation, and platform optimization skills
• Video production, editing, and multimedia storytelling skills
• Proficiency with analytics tools to measure performance and refine strategies
• Experience in graphic design, branding, and visual storytelling
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with wildfire mitigation or environmental safety sectors is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field preferred
