Tauber Program – Supply Chain Analyst Internship
Based at Emerson’s office in Boulder, CO, our 10‑week Supply Chain internship is an opportunity to contribute to high‑visibility projects that support growth, operational transformation, and global supply chain excellence.
In addition to project work, interns will participate in leadership development sessions featuring Emerson’s executive team. The program also includes organized social events to help interns connect with peers and explore the St. Louis area.
Our internship program serves as a pipeline to Emerson’s full‑time MBA Leadership Program, a four‑year, two‑rotation experience designed to develop the next generation of senior leaders.

- Development focused on professional and personal skills through thoughtfully designed workshops
- Initiate and execute strategic supply chain projects for Emerson leadership, including the COO
- Lead and support initiatives focused on digital transformation, Industrial IoT, and operational modernization
- Analyze global supply chain trends, risks, and opportunities to inform strategic decisions
- Identify and evaluate sourcing strategies, supplier partnerships, and network optimization opportunities
- Support the strategic planning process through prioritization, communication, implementation, and reporting
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive alignment and execution of supply chain strategies
- Working towards the completion of an MBA
- Enrolled in the Tauber Institute for Global Operations at the University of Michigan
- You have 1‑3 years’ relevant experience

You acquire data from multiple and diverse sources when solving problems. You anticipate future trends and implications accurately. You effectively communicate in various settings: one‑on‑one, small and large groups, or among diverse styles and position levels.
CompensationOur compensation philosophy is simple: we pay a competitive base salary, within the local market in which we operate, and reward performance during our annual merit review process. The position has a monthly salary of $10,500 for the duration of the internship.
