Business Transformation Consultant to assist their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting pay rate of $50.00 to $70.00 per hour.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assess current finance processes, systems, and organizational structures to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Develop a clear transformation roadmap aligned with business objectives and operational goals.
- Lead project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication to ensure successful execution.
- Redesign finance processes for efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Support ERP and financial system upgrades, integrations, and automation initiatives to enhance performance.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and drive adoption of new processes through training and engagement.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful implementation of transformation initiatives.
- Adapt quickly to changing business needs and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
- Apply strategic thinking and analytical skills to evaluate processes and recommend innovative solutions.
- A Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in business transformation, finance operations, or management consulting.
- Maintain strong knowledge of finance processes including AP, AR, GL, and FP&A.
- Demonstrate proficiency with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Net Suite and project management tools.
- Exhibit exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills with a proven track record in transformation projects.
