Maintenance Service Coordinator (Maintenance)

Join Boulder’s premiere, full-service, award-winning Landscape Team that has served the Boulder County area for 25 years!

We are looking for career‑minded professionals to join our team and our mission to help families and communities live their best lives outside.

About the Role

Native Edge Landscapes is seeking a detail‑oriented, tech‑savvy Maintenance Service Coordinator to support our growing Maintenance Division. This critical administrative role is designed for someone who enjoys puzzle‑solving (scheduling) and providing attentive communication to our clients. You will be a key member of a collaborative team utilizing the Aspire Landscape Management Platform, ensuring our crews are where they need to be and our clients are always in the loop.

Primary

Responsibilities
  • Collaborative Scheduling:
Work alongside the Maintenance team to use Aspire software to build and manage daily/weekly schedules for Maintenance Crews and Irrigation Technicians.
  • Workflow Management:
Monitor work tickets in real‑time. Ensure field teams track time accurately and that all work tickets move from “In‑Progress” to “Completed”.
  • Billing & Administration:
    Close out completed work tickets.
  • Customer Communication:
Proactively notify customers of upcoming service visits, weather delays, or schedule changes using Aspire’s email and notification tools.
  • Cross‑Departmental Support:
Work closely with the Maintenance Manager and the central Administrative team to ensure company‑wide data integrity and client satisfaction.
Schedule & Flexibility

Seasonal variability:
As a seasonal industry, your workload will naturally follow the Colorado climate. Expect higher hours during the “Spring Rush” and “Fall Clean‑up” (typically 2025 hours/week) with reduced hours during mid‑summer and winter months.

Ultimate flexibility:
We value output over “desk time.” Once you are fully trained and proficient in our systems, we offer a highly flexible schedule that can accommodate other commitments.

Hybrid work option:
This position starts in‑person at our Boulder office to facilitate hands‑on training with our team and the Aspire software. Once mastered, this role is eligible to transition into a hybrid arrangement.

Qualifications
  • Software proficiency:
Prior experience with Aspire Landscape Software is a significant plus, but not required (we will train the right person). Strong general computer literacy is essential.
  • Communication:
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable translating field updates into professional, empathetic client emails. Conversational Spanish language skills preferred.
  • Industry knowledge:
Familiarity with landscape maintenance or irrigation services is helpful to understand the flow of work.
  • Organization: A naturally organized personality with the ability to manage shifting priorities due to weather or equipment changes.
