Mon Cap is seeking a highly capable Executive Assistant and Office Manager with prior professional experience (3–7+ years preferred) to support senior leadership, including the CEO, and team.
The position offers great potential to grow with the firm.
This role requires exceptional organizational discipline, discretion, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, detail-oriented investment environment. The Executive Assistant will serve as a strategic partner to executives—anticipating needs, managing competing priorities, and ensuring operational continuity.

- Manage complex calendars, including coordination across internal teams, investors, portfolio company executives, and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate travel logistics, including detailed itineraries and expense management.
- Track deadlines and proactively manage workflow across multiple priorities.
- Process expense reports and reimbursements with accuracy and timeliness.
- Assist with office operations, supply management, vendor coordination, and special projects.
- Maintain document management systems and electronic filing protocols.
- Assist with event planning (industry conferences, offsites, investor meetings).
- Interface professionally with limited partners, consultants, and service providers.
- Assist with investor meeting coordination and materials distribution.
- Maintain confidentiality of investor communications and firm data.
- Minimum of 3years of executive assistant experience, preferably in asset management.
- Demonstrated experience supporting C-suite or senior investment professionals.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with CRM systems and expense platforms preferred.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational rigor.
- High level of discretion and professionalism.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage ambiguity and operate independently.
- Base salary range: approximately $70,000 – $85,000
