The Role
We're hiring a full-time Operations Coordinator to manage communications, maintain systems, coordinate logistics, and support our digital presence. This is a high-trust, high-autonomy role for someone who thrives independently and takes pride in keeping complex operations running seamlessly.
Responsibilities:Administrative & Communications
- Check email, flag what's urgent, and route messages to the right people on Slack
- Manage calendars and scheduling across time zones
- Set up AI tools for meeting notes; prep agendas and track follow-ups
- Run weekly team meetings — prep, notes, action items, and end-of-week recaps
- Keep our contact database up to date in Airtable
- Keep our project tracker up to date in Airtable
- Keep Google Drive organized and easy to navigate
- Post to social media 1–2 times a month
- Make small updates to the website as needed
- Clean up emails, memos, and other written materials before they go out
- Manage Linked In — posting, scheduling, light engagement
- Create simple graphics in Canva
- Be the point person for outside consultants and vendors
