Join Boulder Medical Center (BMC), a privately owned, physician‑operated outpatient clinic with 20 specialties and 325+ healthcare professionals across Boulder County.
Responsibilities- Obtain information from internal and external sources to record accounting transactions in the accounting systems and general ledger, ensuring compliance with GAAP and BMC policies.
- Reconcile all BMC bank accounts, including reconciliation with the BMC accounts receivable system.
- Prepare standard and ad‑hoc financial reports as needed.
- Administer monthly and bi‑monthly payrolls accurately and in a timely manner.
- Process new hires, transfers, and terminations, resolve payroll discrepancies, and update employee details in the HRIS.
- Research and handle extremely confidential information in an expeditious and discretionary manner.
- Act as liaison with the Human Resources team and the Executive team on new physician hires and terminations.
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with providers and staff.
- Self‑directed, highly motivated with strong organizational skills and a work ethic emphasizing tact, diplomacy, flexibility and confidentiality.
- Demonstrated experience in general accounting or bookkeeping including a payroll function.
- Experience with Paylocity HRIS payroll and Great Plains accounting software.
- Accounting experience in a healthcare environment.

- Day shift schedule Monday through Friday.
$64,000 – $81,000 per year, depending on experience.
