Controller, Accounting, Accounting Manager

Description

Robert Half has partnered with an established residential property management firm in Boulder in search of a Controller! The Controller position is paying $150,000-$165,000 + annual bonus!

The Controller will be responsible for the following:

+ Preparing the financial packages for ownership

+ Overseeing a small accounting staff

+ Performing the month-end close duties

+ Providing variance analysis and recommendations

+ Performing bank reconciliations and balance sheet reconciliations

+ Review accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll

+ Ad hoc reporting as needed

Requirements for the Controller include:

+ Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business

+ 10+ years of accounting experience

+ Residential property management accounting experience

+ 3+ years of supervisory experience

+ Property management software experience (Yardi, MRI or App Folio)
