Our part-time Experienced Cook keeps our cafe's kitchen running smoothly and helps create tasty dishes for our guests. Food safety and quality are your top concerns, and you keep the kitchen clean and organized throughout your shift. You work under our executive chef, following instructions and doing whatever you can to support excellent culinary operations. This includes setting up workstations, stocking inventory, and prepping ingredients by chopping vegetables, slicing meat, and mixing sauces.

You work in step with your team, cooking up various menu items to please customers. By properly storing leftovers and keeping the kitchen clean and organized, you play a crucial part in our success and customer satisfaction!

• 18+ years old
• 1+ years of relevant experience
• In-depth knowledge of restaurant best practices and cooking methods
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
• Excellent work ethic and team spirit
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Acceptable English communication skills
• Ability to comply with Health Department regulations
• Ability to work at least 20 hours per week

Our ideal Experienced Cook also meets some of these preferred qualifications:

• Certificate in culinary arts or a related field
• Fast food or retail experience
• Ability to work weekends and holidays
