Description
We are seeking a Contract Dietitian to support nutrition services at our foster care facility. This role is responsible for menu planning, recipe creation and modification, procurement support, and coordinating meal distribution
, while ensuring full compliance with National School Lunch Program (NSLP) and School Breakfast Program (SBP) guidelines.
- Create and maintain compliant menus aligned with NSLP/SBP requirements
- Develop, modify, and standardize recipes to meet nutrition standards
- Support food procurement and inventory planning
- Coordinate meal distribution and ensure smooth service operations
- Ensure nutrition documentation is accurate and up to date
This position will be paid at a rate of $40/hour for a maximum of 15 hours per MONTH.
Qualifications- Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) preferred
- Knowledge of NSLP/SBP guidelines required
- Experience in institutional, school, or residential food service a plus
- Strong organization, communication, and collaboration skills
