Compensation and Benefits

$18.75 - $19.75 / hour (Hourly range)

+ $5 monthly cellular phone allowance.

Weekly hours will average 20 – 30 hours a week. Availability must include weekends and holidays.

Part‑time employees receive Company Paid Sick Time, Matching 401(k), Overtime, and Holiday Overtime.

Ensure daily operational performance goals are met by providing direct/tactical labor force support in the passenger terminal areas through service, maintenance, collections, and communication to improve productivity and customer experience.

• Greet passengers and offer assistance with luggage at entrances, check‑in counters, baggage claims, and drop‑off areas.
• Load, unload, and transport luggage using carts.
• Ensure luggage is handled safely and delivered to the correct location.
• Report any lost, damaged, or suspicious luggage immediately.
• Assist passengers with special needs, including the elderly or disabled.
• Provide directions and information about airport facilities, gates, and services.
• Check airport monitors to ensure flight timing.
• Maintain communication with operations and management team.
• Comply with airport security and safety regulations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or baggage handling is a plus.

• Computer and smartphone proficient.
• Cash control experience preferred.
• General knowledge of vended service products preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to acquire and maintain a BOS Airport Security badge with a Customs seal.

• Lift and/or carry 50 lbs.
• Push/Pull 75–100 lbs.
• Walk and stand for duration of shift.
• Work in seasonal weather conditions outdoors.
