Location: Boston, MA

We are currently seeking a Route Driver within our Hospitality and Medical Divisions out of our Boston, MA office. You will be assigned a specific route with the expectation of building a strong rapport with our customers to ensure outstanding assistance and support.

• Drive a company-owned delivery truck daily to and from numerous customer stops
• Deliver clean uniforms, linens, mats, and other products to our existing customers
• Pick up soiled products at customer locations and return to the branch for processing
• Ensure customer satisfaction by responding to inquiries and requests, and proactively solving problems
• Grow the route by selling additional product line offerings and maximizing value opportunities
• Operate a handheld device accurately to maintain proper on-site inventories
• Complete all paperwork properly and accurately for each customer and Service Department at daily check-in

• High School Diploma or GED
• Face-to-face customer service experience with upselling ability (preferred)
• Must be 21 years or older
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to drive a box truck daily to and from customer sites and the Boston facility
• Ability to meet physical demands of the role, including lifting and carrying up to 75 lbs.
• Ability to pass a background check and hair drug screening
