Position Summary:
The General Manager leads our aviation cabin services operation at a major airline hub in Boston Logan Airport. This role oversees large‑scale teams responsible for delivering high‑quality cabin cleaning services in a fast‑paced, highly regulated aviation environment. The GM ensures operational excellence, drives safety and compliance standards, strengthens client relationships, and manages performance outcomes across staffing, budget, and service delivery. This leader will champion a people‑first culture, optimize workforce scheduling, and ensure our teams consistently support an exceptional passenger experience.
