• Perform repairs and inspections on a variety of Class 6–8 trucks and trailers, such as brakes, diagnostics, A/C systems, electrical systems, engine components, exhaust systems, after‑treatment systems, lift‑gates, tires, etc.
• Schedule and oversee all maintenance procedures, including preventive maintenance and DOT inspections.
• Repair or replace vehicle/trailer components.
• Open and close repair orders on a company‑issued device.
• Obtain parts from local vendors and manage inventory on the service truck.
• Accurately complete DOT forms and all other documentation in a timely manner.

• Minimum of 3 years of diesel and trailer repair experience (preferred).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work extended or irregular hours, including weekends and holidays when needed.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Self‑motivated with strong organization and planning skills.
• Proficiency in using a computer/tablet for electronic processing of work orders, adding labor hours, and updating work order statuses.
• At least 2 years of experience performing annual federal inspections and brake inspections.
• At least 2 years of experience in truck/trailer maintenance and repair, or an equivalent combination of experience and education.
• Basic computer skills.
• Must possess proper tools.

• High School education or equivalent.
• Certifications are a plus.
• Welding experience.
• CDL (or equivalent) – a plus.
• Ability to work outdoors and in extreme weather conditions (heat, cold, humidity).
• Ability to complete all physical requirements of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.

Salary: $32 – $40/hr, commensurate with experience.
