Deed Share Field Drivers complete scheduled site visits and deliver time-sensitive notices to local homeowners. Drivers operate independently using Deed Share’s mobile tools to document each stop and complete a simple, guided checklist.

This role is ideal for individuals with experience in rideshare, delivery, or other mobile-based work who are seeking a more stable, mission-driven alternative. It’s perfect for reliable, self-directed individuals who want consistent, local routes—without passengers, ratings, or tip reliance.

Field Drivers play a vital role in executing route assignments with accuracy, maintaining clear documentation, and advancing Deed Share’s mission: getting critical information to homeowners who need support the most.

• Complete assigned routes (typically one per day) consisting of a minimum of 10 verified property stops
• Deliver physical notices at designated properties following company protocols
• Accurately complete a mobile checklist and brief property notes for each stop
• Use navigation tools and Deed Share’s route system to plan and execute visits efficiently
• Represent Deed Share with professionalism, respect, and discretion during all field activity
• Submit completed routes for review and payment processing within established timelines

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and clean driving record
• Minimum of one year of licensed driving experience
  
  Access to a reliable, insured vehicle (4-door vehicle preferred but not required)
• Ownership of a smartphone with internet access (iOS or Android)
• Ability to pass a background check
• Strong attention to detail and reliability with time management

• Experience with delivery driving, rideshare, courier services, or mobile field work
• Familiarity with your local area, navigation tools, and traffic patterns
• Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working in residential areas and interacting respectfully with individuals who may have questions.
