Java Full Stack Developer

Akkodis is seeking a Java Full Stack Developer for a Contract with a client in Boston, MA
. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in Spring Boot and modern UI frameworks while building scalable backend services and responsive front‑end interfaces.

Rate Range: $45/hour to $49/hour;
The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise‑grade Java applications using Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA, and RESTful APIs.
• Build responsive and interactive front‑end interfaces using Angular/React, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Implement and optimize multi‑tier architectures (presentation, business, data layers) for scalability and performance.
• Integrate applications with third‑party APIs and services, ensuring secure communication using OAuth2/JWT.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, participate in code reviews, and mentor junior developers to uphold coding standards.
• Automate build and deployment pipelines using CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or Git Hub Actions and troubleshoot production issues to ensure system reliability.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 8–10 years of hands‑on experience in full‑stack application development using Java and modern UI technologies.
• Strong expertise in Spring Boot, Spring Security, RESTful APIs, and microservices, with proven experience building enterprise‑scale applications.
• Proficiency in Angular/React and cloud platforms (AWS preferred), with demonstrated capability in CI/CD (Jenkins/Git Hub Actions) and troubleshooting across the full stack.
