- Architect end‑to‑end AI/ML/LLM solutions for audit planning—covering data ingestion, feature stores, vector stores, RAG pipelines, model scoring, and plan generation.
- Design and operationalize risk‑intelligence pipelines by ingesting controls, findings, KRIs, loss events, regulatory changes, and external news; engineer features and composite risk scores with business‑calibrated weights.
- Build prioritization and “what‑if” capabilities including multi‑criteria ranking, scenario analysis, and natural‑language justifications for audit recommendations.
- Generate dynamic audit plans (scope, objectives, resourcing, risk rationale) and integrate with enterprise platforms such as Archer (GRC), Databricks, and M7 via APIs/webhooks.
- Establish AI governance and security controls—evaluation benchmarks, red‑teaming, PII/PHI handling, prompt‑injection defenses, model cards, decision logs, explainability, and traceability aligned to audit standards.
- Lead MLOps/Lang Ops practices (CI/CD for models and prompts, telemetry, A/B testing, human feedback loops, cost/performance budgets) and drive stakeholder alignment across Audit, Risk, Data Engineering, Security, and Product.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Data Science/AI, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 10–15 years overall, including significant experience architecting AI/ML/LLM solutions and product ionizing them (MLOps/Lang Ops).
- Proven expertise designing end‑to‑end GenAI architectures (RAG, vector stores, prompt/adapter tuning), with secure and explainable workflows aligned to audit/risk standards.
- Hands‑on experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise platforms (e.g., Archer, Databricks, M7) and implementing AI governance (evaluation benchmarks, red‑teaming, PII/PHI controls, decision logs).
