Title: Agentic AI Engineer (Claude)

AI Engineer Builder (Contract)

We are seeking a highly execution-oriented AI Engineer Builder to design, develop, and deploy AI-enabled tools, agents, and workflows that scale across consulting delivery. This contract role is focused on shipping real, production-ready artifacts, iterating quickly, and operating effectively in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.

In this role, you will break down real consulting workflows, identify high-leverage opportunities for automation or augmentation, and build AI-powered solutions—including Claude Code-based agents and other GenAI tools. Success is measured by shipped solutions, user adoption, and measurable impact on delivery outcomes.

• Build and deploy AI-enabled agents, tools, and workflows end-to-end
• Translate ambiguous business problems into concrete, working solutions
• Rapidly prototype, test, iterate, and improve AI products in real environments
• Experiment with emerging GenAI tooling to drive efficiency and scale

• Proven builder with tangible examples of shipped AI-enabled tools
• End-to-end ownership experience (problem → build → deploy → iterate)
• Hands‑on experience with Claude and Markdown‑based development
• Experience building AI agents, workflows, or automation solutions
• Strong product mindset with a bias toward action and experimentation
• Comfortable operating without rigid requirements or heavy documentation
