• Experienced Engineer: 8+ years in full-stack development with a focus on backend systems; proficient in Type Script and React
• Technical Leader: 2+ years of experience leading projects and mentoring engineers
• Architectural Expertise:
  Skilled in designing scalable, robust systems and anticipating implementation challenges
• Database Proficient:
  
  Experience with relational databases like Postgre
  
  SQL or MySQL; skilled in efficient SQL queries and optimizing performance.

• Build new features ranging from actionable analytics dashboards, assistant content management, end‑user conversational assistant interfaces
• Optimize critical backend systems including RAG ingestion pipelines, vector store migrations, orchestration of ML utility services
• Optimize applications for reliability and scalability, addressing complex technical challenges
• Add monitoring, alerting, and anomaly detection so that we can better respond to operational incidents
• Write code that is easy‑to‑understand, ready‑for‑change, and safe‑from‑bugs
• Collaborate with other engineering teams, product managers, designers, and UX researchers
• Guide engineers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning
