Senior Full-Stack Engineer who is open-source software (OSS) first, highly productive, and execution-driven. This role is for an A+ engineer who wants to build, own, and improve systems, with a high bar for quality, not wait for perfect specs or hide behind process. This is a hands‑on technical leadership role. You will write a significant amount of production code, help set technical direction, mentor a growing team, and deliver real solutions that support customer growth and platform scale.
What You’ll Do:- Design and implement Python or Node backend services.
- Build and maintain well‑designed APIs (REST required; Graph
QL a plus). - Build scalable data pipelines in AWS.
- Build front‑end Type Script + React applications using modern patterns.
- Deliver data‑aware systems that handle real‑world complexity.
- Partner with the Head of Engineering to set and evolve technical direction.
- Establish and uphold coding standards and engineering best practices.
- Review code and unblock other engineers as part of a shared team effort.
- Mentor engineers through pairing, design reviews, and practical feedback.
- Lead by example through high‑quality, production‑ready code.
