In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact and operational lead for our highly technical customers, who are primarily data scientists and AI engineers. You will both represent the customer’s voice, constantly seeking ways to address and foresee their most critical problems, and manage product and service delivery for our combined AI / human in the loop data annotation offering.
Additionally, you’ll be working on strategic initiatives that advance and help scale our company’s delivery function. Our ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented and organized, clearly communicates across both technical and GTM teams, is curious about product innovation and how things work technically, cares deeply about customer experience, and is eager to be a part of the next generation of healthcare technology.
You’re scrappy, positive, and solutions-oriented. Our customers are developing medical AI, so you’ll need to speak their technical language and play an important role in helping AI practitioners develop the next generation of life‑saving technology.
- Manage customer relationships by setting and resetting expectations as appropriate, working cross‑functionally to ensure a positive experience
- Oversee project delivery by setting up annotation tasks, initiating results collection, reviewing annotation quality, and triaging as problems arise
- Guide customers through the nuances of our product to maximize their value, highlighting relevant features and supporting their learning curve
- Work with expert annotators and our data science team to ensure customers receive high‑quality annotations at lightning‑fast speeds
- Develop a deep understanding of Centaur’s systems and processes to become a subject matter expert
- Support sales in scoping out contracts that best optimize the use of our product, while aligning with the customer’s end goal
- Advocate for your customers, soliciting and synthesizing customer product feedback to contribute to product development
- Develop tools / processes / procedures to help grow and mature the business to allow for cost‑effective future growth and scale
- Work with the rest of the operations team to identify any process‑level inefficiencies and problem‑solve effective solutions
- Work with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure consistent messaging and understanding of the product’s capabilities and benefits

- 2+ years of experience in healthcare consulting, management consulting, and/or in data annotation management, with operations and/or project management experience preferred
- Flexibility and ability to work autonomously in a demanding and ambiguous environment
- Bachelor's or equivalent degree
