Job Overview: Ambitious Salesforce Lightning Developer needed to design and implement Salesforce solutions across the retail and investment management businesses in banking clients, focusing on financial industry use cases and full lifecycle development.

Responsibilities:

• Enhance and implement Salesforce systems across retail and investment management businesses in banking clients.
• Implement regional and global requirements from the business, using best practices to increase adoption and integrate with third‑party and internal platforms.
• Work closely with different teams, taking a hands‑on role in design and development of new features and ensuring enhancements and solutions align with the vision.
• Apply Salesforce Lightning expertise in the financial industry.
• Develop with Apex, HTML, JavaScript, CSS.
• Rapidly prototype solutions to propose effective answers to complex challenges.
• Integrate Salesforce with third‑party vendors, API integration, RESTful services.
• Build reports, dashboards, and workflows.
• Utilize databases including SQL and SOQL.
• Apply Dev Ops best practices: version control, CI/CD, Salesforce DX.
• Follow Agile methodologies throughout the full development life cycle.
• Write Apex test classes and scripts.
• Communicate clearly in writing and verbally.

Qualifications:

• 8–10+ years of hands‑on development experience.
• All Salesforce certifications required.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Lightning, Apex, JavaScript, and related web technologies.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems.
• Proficient in Salesforce devOps practices.
