POSITION SUMMARY:

Reporting to the Senior Director, Corporate & Foundation Relations, the Associate Director, Corporate Partnerships plays a critical role in advancing the corporate partnerships strategy for Boston Medical Center Health System (BMCHS). As a member of the Corporate Foundation Relations (CFR) team, this role is responsible for building, managing, and growing a high‑impact portfolio of corporate and foundation partners in support of BMCHS’s mission.

In close collaboration with CFR leadership, the Associate Director will design and execute multi‑year partnership strategies that lead to the successful cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of corporate prospects across the Corporate Partnerships team. They will manage their own portfolio of funders capable of making six‑ and seven‑figure gifts and grants. This position will develop tailored engagement strategies that align institutional priorities with partner interests, while strengthening long‑term, multi‑dimensional relationships.

The Associate Director will also contribute to the overall growth, operations, and sustainability of BMCHS’s corporate fundraising program. This includes partnering closely with clinical providers and internal leaders to deepen existing relationships and identify new partnership opportunities. In addition, the role will manage and mentor team members, fostering a collaborative, high‑performing environment that supports innovation and excellence in corporate fundraising.

The successful candidate will articulate the BMC mission with genuine passion and a clear strategic vision that inspires corporate partners and prospects to invest in key initiatives and supports significant growth in corporate funding.
