Job Summary: The Therapeutic Mentor provides youth under 21 with structured, one‑to‑one, strength‑based support services to address daily living, social, and communication needs. Services support age‑appropriate social functioning and include coaching, training and conflict resolution.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Direct time with youth in home and community activities that address goals on the youth’s treatment plan or ICP.
• Coach and provide support to help youth navigate various social contexts આખ, learn new skills, and make functional progress.
• Maintain phone and face‑to‑face consultation with youth on a regular basis (at least weekly).
• Collaborate with related professionals such as case managers, probation officers, judges, attorneys, teachers, physicians, etc.
• Show awareness and sensitivity to contextual variables such as race, culture, gender, sexuality, disability, economics, and lived experience.
• Submit detailed progress reports Եվ ensure compliance with guidelines.
• Provide transportation to youth for treatment‑related activities (if needed).

Salary: $50,000 – $54,000 per year.

Sign on Bonus: $500.
