Overview

Emerging Talent INVEST Program (ETIP – Guardian Pathway) is a 9‑month, paid, fully remote, entry‑level immersive learning experience designed for recent college graduates.

Program Highlights

What will you do?

Over the 9‑month program you’ll be partnered with peers and Training Specialists, alternating between self‑study, virtual classroom, guided training, and hands‑on application. You’ll immerse yourself into claims management, client service excellence, and licensing studies.

What can you expect?
  • Participate in structured learning and mentorship focused on claims operations and state‑specific workers’ compensation regulations.
  • Shadow claims experts and observe best practices.
  • Practice in a simulated “sandbox” environment to build confidence.
  • Complete program milestones and performance checkpoints.
  • Collaborate with peers, mentors, and cross‑functional teams.
  • Begin gradual claim ownership starting in Week 3.
  • Support claims management, benefit calculations, wage loss evaluations, and return‑to‑work considerations.
  • Analyze medical documentation, regulations, and case materials for claim strategy.
  • Engage in professional communication with clients, injured employees, and medical providers.
  • Interpret client service instructions and carrier guidelines for compliance.
  • Build reserving acumen to support financial stewardship.
About You

Education: Bachelor’s degree or 4‑year degree from an accredited institution is preferred.
