Audio Visual Technician

We are seeking a confident A/V Field Technician who is ready to join a fun, team-oriented cultured organization. Our Senior A/V Field Technicians are responsible for the accurate and efficient installation of medium to complex AV Systems. Additionally, this role may be responsible for oversight and guidance of the work performed by an entry-level field technician.

Role responsibilities:

• Must have experience installing/troubleshooting AV systems and working with control system touch panels.
• Must have the ability to use common interfaces to integrate, test, and certify AV systems
• Background in video conferencing and audio system configuration is required
• Familiar with audio DSP setup, control system testing and troubleshooting, and the ability to test and configure common video interfaces
• Product knowledge:
  Crestron, Biamp, QSC, Poly, Zoom, Extron, etc.
• Relentless in their pursuit of knowledge and information in the AV field
• Installing simple to complex video teleconferencing systems
• Reading blueprints and drawings
• Multitasking
• Collaborating with certification/commissioning teams
• Training clients on how to operate our solutions.

Travel required throughout the Northeast.
