Sales Estimator

A leading mechanical services provider specializing in HVAC, Boiler/Burner, and Mechanical systems for commercial and industrial clients throughout Massachusetts is seeking an experienced Estimator
. This role involves building and maintaining client relationships, developing detailed project proposals, and managing HVAC and Boiler-related projects from design to completion.

• Develop and maintain relationships with commercial and industrial clients.
• Review facilities, design systems, estimate projects, and prepare proposals.
• Manage awarded HVAC and Boiler projects through completion.
• Coordinate with field teams and ensure quality, safety, and budget standards are met.
• Identify opportunities for additional services or system upgrades.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 10+ years of commercial/industrial HVAC field experience.
• Working knowledge of major HVAC brands (Trane, Carrier, York, etc.).
• Self-starter with strong communication and organizational skills.
• Excellent computer proficiency and professional appearance.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Must pass drug screening and background check.
