With over two decades of experience in the maintenance and construction industries, we are seeking to welcome an HVAC Technician to join our dynamic team.
Job OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC systems and possess the ability to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain refrigeration and air conditioning equipment. This role is essential for ensuring the efficiency and reliability of our cooling systems across various properties.
Compensation: $40.00- $45.00 per hour depending on experience, PTO, Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, 401k

Shifts:
6:00am – 2:30pm, 10:00am - 6:30pm Days off to be Determined
- Install, maintain, and repair refrigeration and air conditioning systems
- Respond quickly and professionally to service calls
- Diagnose issues with HVAC equipment and perform necessary repairs
- Read schematics to understand system layouts
- Perform routine maintenance to keep systems running efficiently
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to address any HVAC-related concerns
- Build and assemble refrigeration units when needed
- Follow all safety procedures, including proper handling of refrigerants
- Maintain accurate records of service performed and parts used
- 5+ years of HVAC experience in commercial or industrial environments
- Massachusetts refrigeration license or certification
- Familiarity with schematics and technical drawings related to refrigeration systems
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Hands-on experience repairing refrigeration and air-conditioning equipment
- Knowledge of environmental regulations related to HVAC/R systems and refrigerants
- Ability to work independently and as part of a maintenance team
- Strong communication skills for working with clients and team members
- Valid US driver's License with at least 3 years of experience- approvals and final decision is subject to our automobile insurance carrier's criteria
