Foreperson – Foreman Apprentice

Osmose Utilities Services is a 90‑year strong company that provides a variety of services to the electric and telecommunications industries.

Base pay range: $26.00/hr – $32.00/hr (based on Foreman level after training). Full‑time, year‑round employment with overtime potential.

• Hire, train, and supervise a field crew of 1–5 people.
• Maintain all tools, vehicles, and equipment.
• Achieve expected safety, quality, and production goals.
• Collect field data and maintain daily and weekly reports.

• Must be at least 19 years old and have a high school diploma or GED.
• Possess leadership qualities to supervise and motivate a field crew.
• Assume full responsibility for the safe operation and maintenance of company vehicle, equipment, and tools.
• Ability to positively represent Osmose to customers and the communities in which they work.
• Enjoy working outdoors in all weather and be able to lift or move up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Willing to travel locally, statewide, or regionally as required.

• $26–$32 per hour (after training) plus weekly production bonuses.
• Paid on‑job training at $23 per hour.
• $25 daily per diem (tax‑free) when working 60+ miles from home and minimum 40 hrs per week.
