Temporary Maintenance Technician II
Duration: January 1, 2026 – April 1, 2026
Schedule: 40 hours, Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–3:30 PM. This position is essential in the event of weather or other emergencies.
Pay: $21.50 – $35.00 per hour DOE (salary ranges based on relevant experience and skill set)
Location: 151‑155 Geneva Avenue, Boston
Summary of the PositionThe Maintenance Technician is responsible for day‑to‑day maintenance including plumbing, minor electrical work, and painting.
RequirementsEducation/Training –
Required:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to read printed labels and instructions
- Valid driver’s license in good standing
Education/Training – Preferred:
- Bilingual English/Spanish
Knowledge/Experience –
Required:
- Minimum six (6) months of maintenance experience
- Knowledge of building trades such as painting, plumbing, carpentry, and electrical systems
Knowledge/Experience – Preferred:
- Previous experience in Building Maintenance
