Description
Temporary Maintenance Technician II
- From 1.1.26 to 4.1.26
SCHEDULE: 40 hours, Monday-Friday, 730AM-330PM This position is essential in the event of weather or other emergencies.
Pays $21.50 - $35.00 per hour DOE (Salary ranges provided are based on relevant experience and skill set)
LOCATION: 151-155 Geneva Avenue, Boston
SUMMARY OF THE POSITIONThe Maintenance Technician is responsible for the day-to-day maintenance including plumbing, minor electrical work and painting, etc.
REQUIREMENTS EDUCATION/TRAININGREQUIRED:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to read printed labels and instructions
- Must have a valid driver’s license in good standing
PREFERRED:
- Bilingual English/Spanish
REQUIRED:
- Minimum of six (6) months of maintenance experience
- Knowledge of building trades such as painting, plumbing, carpentry and electrical systems
PREFERRED:
- Previous experience in Building Maintenance
