• Perform general maintenance tasks, including carpentry, drywall, masonry, and minor electrical and plumbing repairs.
• Repair windows, doors, and locks; paint and clean work areas.
• Snow removal, landscaping, and picking up and delivering supplies.
• Participate in a weekly on‑call rotation to handle emergencies on evenings and weekends.

• 8‑hour shifts, Monday‑Friday.
• On‑call and weekend availability required.

• Property maintenance: 3+ years (preferred).
• Proficient in general maintenance: plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry.
• Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with residents, management, and contractors.
• Problem‑solving ability to diagnose issues and determine effective solutions.
• Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs., climb ladders, and handle tasks requiring physical exertion.
• A valid driver’s license.
• Own set of basic tools.
• Smartphone.
• Available to work 40+ hours a week, including nights and weekends when required.
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Previous employment references.
• Willingness to lift and carry up to 50 pounds occasionally.
