Boiler Service Technician

Job Summary

Fulton Companies is a private multi-national group headquartered in Pulaski, NY. We design and manufacture complex thermal fluid, steam, and hydronic equipment for a wide range of commercial and industrial applications. We are looking for a Boiler Service Technician to join our expanding sales and service department in the New England territory.

This role comes with a company vehicle, tools, cell phone and competitive compensation with potential overtime earnings of 125k+ and a guaranteed 40+ hour week.

• Provide excellent field support.
• Commission new equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve field issues.
• Perform preventative maintenance.
• Provide technical support & training to internal and external customers.
• Support manufacturing as needed.
• Deliver all services in line with company values.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2–4 years of service technician experience (preferred).
• Ability to work independently in the field.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Travel required—including weekends and holidays.

• Perform technical service work in the field safely and efficiently, meeting customer expectations.
• Prepare for field jobs and maintain site readiness.
• Complete all required documentation and communication.
• Provide value‑added support during non‑field hours (technical phone support, quality, continuous improvement).
