Security Officer Flex Patrol

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial property;
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of common areas, interior spaces, parking areas, and perimeter points to help to deter unwanted activity and identify maintenance or policy concerns;
Monitor access points and respond to requests for assistance, directing guests and vendors according to property rules and reporting issues through the proper channels;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including de-escalation, assisting with evacuations, and coordinating with Allied Universal leadership and local responders as needed;
Complete detailed reports on patrols, incidents, and observed hazards, and communicate relevant information during shift turnover to support consistent site coverage
