Security Officer Reception Post

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Operate as the primary front desk point of contact by greeting and directing visitors, verifying access as required, and issuing visitor credentials per site-specific policy.;
Monitor front desk activity and nearby entry areas, report unusual activity, and respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.;
Complete required documentation such as access logs, visitor records, and incident reports with accurate details and timely updates.;
Communicate clearly with site contacts, Allied Universal leadership, and emergency services when needed, following established escalation protocols.
