Security Officer Front Entry Screener

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service at a government location by carrying out security procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities as directed.;
Screen visitors, employees, and deliveries at points of entry using walk-through metal detectors, hand wands, and/or X-ray equipment as applicable, and verify identification and authorization for entry.;
Control access by issuing visitor credentials, maintaining sign-in and sign-out logs, directing visitors to appropriate destinations, and managing lobby and screening queue flow.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and promptly notify site leadership and/or emergency services when needed.;
Complete required reports and logs related to screening activity, prohibited items, and incidents, and communicate observations to Allied Universal management and site personnel.
