Security Officer - Unarmed Commercial Patrol PT

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and vendors at a commercial real estate location by following Allied Universal procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting actions taken and communicating updates to site contacts as needed;
Conduct regular and random foot patrols of building common areas, exterior perimeter, loading dock, and/or parking areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify maintenance or access concerns;
Monitor access points and visitor flow, verify credentials where required, and help maintain orderly entry and exit in accordance with site procedures;
Complete security-related reports and logs, and coordinate with property management and/or first responders when requested
