Security Officer Investment

Position: Security Officer Investment Company
Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial services location.;
Operate the front desk by greeting and directing visitors, managing visitor check-in and/or badge processes, and maintaining access control logs in accordance with site requirements.;
Monitor cameras, alarms, and other access control systems from the reception area, and communicate unusual activity or policy concerns to site management and/or appropriate responders to help to deter unauthorized access.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with evacuations, medical response notifications, and coordination with local authorities when requested.;
Complete shift documentation such as incident reports, activity logs, and pass-down notes, and support audits by maintaining organized records and communicating key updates during shift transitions.
