Entry-level sales opportunity. Training provided.
We’re hiring a part-time Inside Sales Associate to help our team connect with potential clients and schedule meetings for our sales team.
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to learn B2B sales, outbound prospecting, and business development inside a growing marketing agency.
No prior sales experience required. Training, scripts, and lead lists are provided.
The role begins in-office for training, with the possibility of remote work once fully trained and comfortable in the role.
What You’ll Do- Start conversations with business decision-makers
- Reach out to potential clients via email, phone, and Linked In
- Introduce our services and identify opportunities
- Qualify prospects and schedule meetings for the sales team
- Follow structured outreach scripts and processes
- Track activity and notes in Hub Spot CRM
- Work toward daily outreach and meeting goals
- Structured sales training
- Proven scripts and outreach frameworks
- Lead lists provided (no list building required)
- Coaching and ongoing feedback

- $20/hr + $50–$100 per meeting booked + commission on closed deals

Top performers in this role will have the opportunity to move into a closing sales role once they consistently hit performance targets.
ScheduleTraining will be in-person in the Boston area, with the potential for remote work after training.
