Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively seek, sell, and grow new business across catering, events, and on-premise dining
  • Manage and expand on-premise sales, private dining, and full restaurant buy-outs
  • Own the full sales lifecycle: prospecting, outreach, proposals, negotiations, booking, execution oversight, and post-event follow‑up
  • Develop relationships with corporate clients, event planners, venues, and community partners
  • Manage and optimize multiple sales, catering, and CRM platforms and applications
  • Build, manage, and scale the catering and sales department, including systems, processes, and reporting
  • Set sales goals, pricing strategies, forecasts, and performance metrics
  • Partner closely with restaurant operations to ensure seamless execution and guest satisfaction
  • Represent the company at tastings, site visits, client meetings, and events
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of catering, hospitality, or events sales management experience
  • Proven success in business development, revenue growth, and account management
  • Experience managing on‑premise events, private dining, and buy‑outs
  • Strong working knowledge of multiple sales platforms, CRMs, and catering/order management systems
  • Self‑starting, highly organized, and comfortable operating independently
  • Demonstrated ability to run a department and drive results with minimal oversight
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills
Work Schedule & Expectations
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends based on client and event needs
  • Ability to manage a flexible schedule aligned with the demands of the business
