VG SALES is the first venture‑led, accelerated, technology sales training program built for competitive, highly motivated, and team‑oriented college graduates without prior experience who are pursuing a career in technology sales. Initially screened and interviewed by Matt Gaede at VG SALES, you will be hired by a Venture Guides Portfolio Company, then you’ll undergo an 6‑week, paid program that provides best‑in‑class foundational technology sales training and mentorship from the Venture Guides team and all of the portfolio companies’ Sales Executives and teams of SDRs.

After the program, you will continue your journey with the portfolio company as a full‑time employee. Our success‑driven, proprietary sales education will give you the knowledge and skills to fast‑track your path to earning a six‑figure income, accelerate your career growth, and build lasting relationships with Venture Guides’ network.

Training Program

With an 6‑week training program, we will arm you with the tools, skills, and techniques that lead to long‑term career success, including:

  • The Leader’s mindset – learn how a successful sales organization grows into a multi‑billion dollar business.
  • 200+ hours of prospecting – 200+ hours of real‑world prospecting (cold calls, emails, LI) to build skills that deliver high performance.
  • Full‑Time Intensive Sales Training – Full‑time and dedicated training and coaching from some of the most successful leaders in the industry.
  • Infrastructure Software Industry Expertise – Become proficient in the fastest growing and recession‑proof industry.
  • Individual Performance and growth – Visibility into how individual performance will be measured.
SDR Role

Researching and creating targeted lists of people (prospects) to benefit from your company’s technology.

Reaching out to curated, targeted lists to identify sales opportunities.

Guide qualified prospects onto the next stage of the sales process by booking a further conversation between the prospect and the company’s Account Executive.

  • Continuously improve sales development skills and learn the different career paths to create a lucrative future in high‑tech sales.
