and applying innovative metabolomics technologies to life science and health research. Metware has labs and

offices in Wuhan, Shanghai, Changsha, Shenzhen, and is now expanding globally to Boston. Metware is

committed to providing effective and timely metabolomics services in basic and clinical research worldwide.

About the Opportunity:

We are looking for enthusiastic, motivated, and results-driven individuals to expand Metware’s client base.

Responsibilities:

Develop sales plans and be responsible for identifying leads and potential clients to complete sales goals.

Identify potential distributors in US or other countries and establish distributor agreements.

Present Metware’s products and services to potential clients virtually or in-person. When necessary, visit universities, research hospitals, or industry partners to expand client base.

Attend conferences and/or trade shows and generate leads. Follow up on the leads via email, phone call, video conferencing, or personal visits.

Maintain existing customer relationships.

Generate quotes and work orders for leads. Be the main point of contact for the customer regarding their work order and provide support to their questions.

Suggest or design product or service promotions or marketing strategies.

Keep abreast latest biotechnology developments and follows industry/market trends.

Qualifications:

A degree in biology, chemistry or related majors with 2 years of experience in a business development.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills.

Excel at learning new technology and its principles quickly.

Persistent personality with a positive attitude that does not give up easily, even when encountering difficult comments and rejections.

Attentive to details and strive for perfection.

Able to adapt to fast pace and high pressure environment.

A self-starter and enthusiastic about emerging technology and biotechnology.
