As a Fleet Solutions Sales Manager, you will be pivotal in helping Goodyear gain a competitive advantage with fleets to profitably grow the business and expand market share. In this role, you will capture the full value of the Goodyear brand in the marketplace by positioning our solutions to meet customer needs. You will develop and maintain strong, strategic relationships with National Account and local book customers, serving as a trusted advisor and business partner.

Additionally, you will focus on growing existing accounts to maintain or increase share while driving long‑term customer loyalty and profitability.

Responsibilities
  • Lead sell‑out activities within the assigned territory to meet or exceed individual sales objectives and grow share of account with existing customers.
  • Serve as a partner to fleet customers across all aspects of account management, ensuring their fleet needs are met by coordinating with CTSC or servicing dealers.
  • Develop strategies and supporting tactics to grow existing accounts in alignment with Goodyear Commercial PBU strategy.
  • Grow National Account and local book business profitably while actively minimizing churn.
  • Drive solutions‑based, consultative selling using data and tools to position Goodyear’s Total Solution to win with fleets.
  • Sell cradle‑to‑grave fleet solutions, including OE, new tire, and retread offerings.
Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of sales experience with a bachelor’s degree; or in lieu of degree, at least 8 years sales experience.
Desired Skills
  • Experience managing strategic customer relationships.
  • Experience prospecting for growth opportunities by developing and executing innovative sales strategies.
  • B2B sales experience preferred.
  • Expert in solutions-based selling competency.
  • Strong time management skills, business and financial acumen to drive profitable growth.
  • Customer service orientation, leadership by influence and effective collaboration (CTSC/Dealers, Supply Chain, Finance, etc.).
  • Organizational know‑how, understanding of how things get done, strong negotiation skills.

However, base pay offered may vary depending on factors such as job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location.
