This role, based in greater Boston, is ideal for someone with strong communication and organizational skills, a solid understanding of the sales process, and proficiency in Word and Excel, who enjoys being a trusted partner to both customers and internal teams. Food Industry Experience a Must.
Responsibilities Include:
Customer Service
:
Provide excellent customer service by resolving inquiries, issues, or complaints, collaborating with the team to deliver effective solutions. Ability to upsell
Order Processing
:
Provide back-up and support with the multi-step order processing system to ensure efficiency.
Distributor & End User Support
:
Support the sales team with communication to distributors or direct accounts, including new account set up, new item set up, seasonal item communication, promotions, and incentive tracking.
Sales Support
:
Provide outside sales teams with administrative customer support by performing customer outreach, sending marketing and informational materials, and communicating customer issues.
Customer Promotions
:
Organize and communicate product promotions to customers, co-manage department marketing calendar with Business Admin Manager.
Key Account Support
:
Provide administrative assistance to the Sales Director on key account activities and ensure smooth operation of sales processes
