Account Executive, CoStar Data & Analytics – Boston, MA

This role involves selling new business and managing a growing client portfolio through the full sales process.
Responsibilities- Sell new business by promoting the value of CoStar products to the commercial real estate industry and beyond.
- Account management: manage and grow a portfolio of clients with ongoing satisfaction and tailored solutions.
- Develop expertise in CoStar’s products and the commercial real estate market as a Brand Ambassador.
- Lead the end-to-end sales process: prospecting, product demonstrations, closing, onboarding, training, and renewals.
- Build relationships through in-person meetings and product demos with brokers, owners, corporations, investors, and other real estate professionals.
- Represent CoStar at industry events and cultivate long-term relationships and a professional network.
- 3+ years of successful B2B outside sales experience.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university.
- A track record of commitment to prior employers and exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in client management and post-sale activities.
- Current and valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record check prior to start.
- 5+ years of outside sales experience in B2B, selling data, research, analytics platforms/tools, or related fields.
- Experience in commercial real estate or related industries is strongly preferred.
- Strong consultative selling, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Results-driven with a focus on customer satisfaction and market knowledge.
- Ambitious, adaptable, engaging, curious, and customer-centric with strong listening and relationship-building skills.

Pay TransparencyBase salary range: $70,000 - $90,000, with uncapped commissions and benefits. This position may be eligible for sponsorship; for visa requirements, please refer to our policy.
