• Identify and source new business opportunities through outbound outreach and campaigns
• Handle inbound inquiries and provide product and service information
• Maintain and grow existing customer relationships
• Support sales initiatives, promotions, and service launches
• Work closely with operations and administrative teams to deliver strong customer outcomes
• Manage customer interactions and sales activity within CRM systems
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly

• Strong telephone sales and customer service skills
• Experience prospecting and maintaining business relationships
• Excellent communication and relationship building ability
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
• Comfort working with multiple systems and CRM tools
