We are currently seeking motivated and enthusiastic Door-to-Door Sales Representatives to join our growing team.
Position Overview:
As a Door-to-Door Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads and promoting our roofing and home repair services directly to homeowners in designated neighborhoods. You will play a key role in expanding our customer base and contributing to the overall success of our company. Our key services are Storm Damage Repair/Restoration, Roofing, Gutter Repair/Installation and Siding.
- Conduct door-to-door visits to introduce and promote our roofing and home repair services.
- Build rapport with potential customers and assess their home repair needs.
- Present service offerings clearly and effectively, addressing customer questions and concerns.
- Schedule appointments for consultations and follow-up meetings with the sales team.
- Maintain a record of daily interactions and leads generated.
- Collaborate with team members to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends to help shape marketing efforts.
- Uphold company values and represent our brand positively in the community.
- Previous sales experience, preferably in door-to-door or direct sales.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of roofing and home repair services is a plus, but not required.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
