The Role:As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you’ll be on the front lines of our US growth engine, identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential customers for our sales team. You’ll be a key driver of new pipeline by crafting highly personalised outreach, sparking meaningful conversations, and uncovering business pain we can solve.

What you’ll do:Prospect into target accounts using a combination of email, cold calls, video, and social selling (Linked In)
Own the early-stage sales funnel: research, outreach, qualification, and handoff
Engage C-level and senior stakeholders across Ecommerce, CX, Operations, Logistics, and IT
Identify pain points and spark curiosity by communicating clear, relevant value aligned to the prospect's challenges
Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams on messaging, campaign ideas, and feedback loops
Maintain accurate records and activity data in Salesforce and other tools
Consistently meet or exceed monthly KPIs (meetings booked, opportunities generated)
1–2 years in a B2B SaaS sales development or lead generation role (or equivalent sales experience)
High energy, resilience, and drive, you don’t shy away from rejection and bounce back fast
You’re not afraid to pick up the phone

, or drop a voice note - you go beyond templates and think creatively about how to cut through the noiseStrong communication skills with the ability to tailor your message across different personas and platforms
Curious and commercially minded - you love learning about new industries and uncovering real business pain
Comfortable working autonomously in a remote-first, fast-paced environment
Experience using Salesforce (or similar CRM), Linked In Sales Navigator, and modern sales tools
Must be based on the East Coast
Expected to attend conferences and office off-sites
If you have experience in Retail, Ecommerce, or Mar Tech
A technical mindset or strong interest in digital transformation
Experience working in a fast‑paced start‑up or scale‑up environment
