The Role:

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you’ll be on the front lines of our US growth engine, identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential customers for our sales team. You’ll be a key driver of new pipeline by crafting highly personalised outreach, sparking meaningful conversations, and uncovering business pain we can solve.

What you’ll do:
  • Prospect into target accounts using a combination of email, cold calls, video, and social selling (Linked In)

  • Own the early-stage sales funnel: research, outreach, qualification, and handoff

  • Engage C-level and senior stakeholders across Ecommerce, CX, Operations, Logistics, and IT

  • Identify pain points and spark curiosity by communicating clear, relevant value aligned to the prospect's challenges

  • Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams on messaging, campaign ideas, and feedback loops

  • Maintain accurate records and activity data in Salesforce and other tools

  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly KPIs (meetings booked, opportunities generated)

What we’re looking for:
  • 1–2 years in a B2B SaaS sales development or lead generation role (or equivalent sales experience)

  • High energy, resilience, and drive, you don’t shy away from rejection and bounce back fast

  • You’re not afraid to pick up the phone
    , send a video
    , or drop a voice note - you go beyond templates and think creatively about how to cut through the noise

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to tailor your message across different personas and platforms

  • Curious and commercially minded - you love learning about new industries and uncovering real business pain

  • Comfortable working autonomously in a remote-first, fast-paced environment

  • Experience using Salesforce (or similar CRM), Linked In Sales Navigator, and modern sales tools

  • Must be based on the East Coast

  • Expected to attend conferences and office off-sites

Bonus Points:
  • If you have experience in Retail, Ecommerce, or Mar Tech

  • A technical mindset or strong interest in digital transformation

  • Experience working in a fast‑paced start‑up or scale‑up environment
