- Exceed revenue quota goals on a quarterly and yearly basis
- Develop business plans that align with your assigned territory

- Own all aspects of the sales cycle, including qualifying, presentations, and negotiations
- Lead a virtual team to deliver sales wins and ensure customer success
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in technology or identity security
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas
Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of an organization - Proficiency in Salesforce and other channel management tools
- Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT, business, or a sales-related field
- Familiarity with competitive products such as Microsoft, Okta, and Saviynt
- Experience working with partners and understanding partner ecosystems
- Strong understanding of the identity security market and its trends
- Previous experience in a fast-paced, high-growth technology environment
