What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Exceed revenue quota goals on a quarterly and yearly basis
  • Develop business plans that align with your assigned territory
  • Collaborate with marketing to execute marketing plans through partners and end users
  • Own all aspects of the sales cycle, including qualifying, presentations, and negotiations
  • Lead a virtual team to deliver sales wins and ensure customer success
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in technology or identity security
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas

    Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of an organization
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and other channel management tools
  • Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT, business, or a sales-related field
  • Familiarity with competitive products such as Microsoft, Okta, and Saviynt
  • Experience working with partners and understanding partner ecosystems
  • Strong understanding of the identity security market and its trends
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced, high-growth technology environment
